Cancellation & Refund

1. Order Cancellations

1.1 Orders can be canceled by the customer or by Tvastih, depending on availability and processing times.

1.2 If the customer cancels an order after specifying preferences and/or commissioning the product, a cancellation fee will be charged to compensate for work already completed and to cover the cost of raw materials used. The specific amount depends on the product and customizations and will be communicated to the customer.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refunds for the remaining amount will be processed and sent to the canceling party within 21 business days.

2.2 Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
